The Litigator Reporting Module
The Litigator reporting module allows users to download the full database of their instructions. The report shows all recent and material information relating to a specific case including, the capital balance handed over, recoveries to date, costs to date, the attorneys/division, case type, important dates, comments and statuses. The user is able to filter the report in a number of different ways in order to utilise the data in a meaningful and effective way.
Managing a Panel of Attorneys
We understand that the effective management of a panel of attorneys is a tedious process. Internal administration constantly chases reports, then they collate reports, whereafter management periodically review performance of attorneys based on the aggregation of data. Litigator simplifies this process by using technology to provide clients with instant access to data, not only on individual cases, but also in terms of the important metrics that are required to understand performance across various data points including inter alia: selected service providers, courts, date ranges, recoveries, costs, etc.
We don’t just provide information that can be used to manage and drive performance of the panel of attorneys from a high level point of view, but we also ensure that there is direct access to individual file documents and data.
If you need to know what has happened on a particular matter, the system will tell you when the instruction was received by Litigator, when it was dispatched to the courier, when it was issued and, of course, copies of the relevant documents are securely stored and accessible online.
The Litigator system also caters for the management of opposed litigation matters.
